3.4 Non-Transferability. Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, assigned, sold, or made available to any third party. taha777 does not permit account sharing. Any sharing of Account credentials is a violation of these Terms.
4.1 Mandatory Verification. taha777 is required by PAGCOR and Philippine AML regulations to verify the identity of all players who request withdrawals or who trigger risk-based review thresholds. You agree to provide such documents and information as taha777 may request to complete verification.

5.1 Accepted Methods. taha777 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and selected cryptocurrency channels. The availability of specific deposit methods may vary based on your verified account status and applicable regulatory requirements.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is ₱100. taha777 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds with prior notice.
5.3 Currency. All deposits, balances, wagers, and withdrawals on taha777 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless the Player's account is configured for an alternative currency at the time of registration.
5.4 Player-Owned Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your taha777 Account belong to you and are not derived from any criminal activity. You agree not to use your taha777 Account as a mechanism for currency exchange, fund transfer, or any purpose other than legitimate personal gaming.
5.5 Deposit Errors. If an incorrect amount is credited to your Account due to a technical error, taha777 reserves the right to recover the erroneous amount from your Account balance. If the balance is insufficient to recover the erroneous credit, taha777 may withhold future withdrawals until the discrepancy is resolved.

6.5 Withdrawal Refusal. taha777 reserves the right to refuse or delay any withdrawal request where: (a) KYC is incomplete; (b) the Account is under investigation for fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse; (c) the withdrawal amount includes non-withdrawable funds; or (d) the request triggers AML review thresholds under Philippine law.
7.1 General. taha777 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of offer, which are incorporated into and governed by these Terms.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted. 8.1 Game Outcomes. 8.2 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a network disconnection mid-game, taha777's system will complete the game round as it would have proceeded under normal conditions. 8.3 Malfunction. A malfunction voids all pays and plays. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the taha777 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities:
10.1 taha777-Initiated Closure. taha777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion without prior notice where it has reason to believe that a User has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a regulatory risk to the Platform. In cases where closure follows confirmed fraud or AML violations, all funds in the Account may be frozen and reported to the AMLC.
10.2 User-Initiated Closure. You may close your taha777 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance (net of non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing window subject to KYC completion.
10.3 Self-Exclusion. Accounts closed via the self-exclusion process are governed by Section 11 (Responsible Gaming). taha777 will not reopen self-excluded accounts within the minimum exclusion period, regardless of requests from the account holder.

13.2 Service Availability. taha777 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. The Platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, network outages, or regulatory requirements. taha777 shall not be liable for any loss arising from Platform unavailability.
13.3 Aggregate Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, taha777's aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim giving rise to liability.
13.4 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. taha777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
taha777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, taha777 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered Users via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. 15.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2 Regulatory Oversight. taha777 operates under the authority and oversight of PAGCOR. Players who believe that taha777 has failed to comply with its regulatory obligations may file a complaint with PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels.
15.3 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, Players are encouraged to contact taha777 support to seek informal resolution of any complaint. taha777 aims to resolve all player complaints within 5 business days of receipt.
